Muhammad Yahya Ahmed Minhas is an Advocate of the High Court and a Partner at Den Haag Advocates & Arbitrators LLP. His legal practice encompasses civil and commercial litigation, constitutional and administrative law, corporate and commercial matters, legal advisory services, and dispute resolution. He regularly engages in legal research, drafting, and representation before courts, combining practical advocacy with an academic approach to legal analysis.

He obtained his LL.B. from Bahria University, Islamabad, in 2016, followed by an LL.M. from the same institution in 2019. He was enrolled as an Advocate of the District Courts in 2017 and subsequently as an Advocate of the High Court in 2019. Alongside his legal practice, he has served as Visiting Faculty at Bahria University Law School since 2020 and was also associated with the Faculty of Law at the International Islamic University, Islamabad, from 2022 to 2024.

His international professional engagements include adjudicating the International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition in The Hague, Netherlands, from 2023 to 2026, as well as participating in the adjudication of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, including engagements in Brussels, Belgium, and Charlotte, North Carolina, United States.

Sadir Ali Ayaz is an Advocate of the High Court and a Partner at Den Haag Advocates & Arbitrators LLP. His professional practice is principally focused on criminal litigation, with experience in representing clients before the District Courts and High Courts of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. His work encompasses criminal defence, bail proceedings, procedural applications, legal drafting, and courtroom advocacy, with particular emphasis on the effective representation of clients at various stages of criminal proceedings.

He graduated with an LL.B. from Bahria University, Islamabad, in 2016, and subsequently obtained his LL.M. from the University of Lahore in 2020. His academic qualifications complement his litigation practice, enabling him to approach legal disputes through careful examination of statutory provisions, judicial precedents, and procedural requirements. His professional work involves developing legal arguments, preparing court submissions, and advising clients on the remedies available under Pakistani law.

In addition to his litigation practice, he has participated in international legal academic activities, including serving as an adjudicator at the International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition in The Hague, Netherlands, during 2025 and 2026. His involvement in international moot court adjudication reflects his continuing engagement with legal education, advocacy standards, and the development of practical legal skills.
